Surgery time drops by 33% using 3D printing technology

Surgeons at the University Hospital Basel in Switzerland are cutting operating times for complex cranio-maxillofacial surgeries by more than 33% with the use of 3D printed surgical guides, reducing risk of complications and improving patient outcomes.
